Tsuchiya attended in the MOU ceremony which presided by Mr.Sattawat Anantakul, Deputy Governor of Chonburi, and TO BE NUMBER ONE networks in order to cooperate in the campaign of Prevention and Solving drug problems at Chonburi City Hall.
