Tsuchiya had joined with Panthong Hospital in visiting the area and giving vaccinated to 20 persons including elders, disable persons and bedridden patients under project  "Royal Sinopharm Vaccine" for  increasing immunity against covid-19 to carry on the wishes of Professor Dr. Somdej Chaofa Krom Phra Sri Sawangkhawat Worakatiya Rajanari President of the Royal College of Chulabhorn who cares about people in Phan Thong District area.
