Tsuchiya was invited to be an observer for CSR and TO BE NUMBER ONE network with the Government agencies and Kao Industrial(Thailand) Co., Ltd., which provided daily necessities and organized the knowledge of hydroponic vegetable planting to female inmates at the Chonburi Women’s Correctional Institution under the project "Weaving Dreams, Sharing Careers," with the purpose of giving them the chance to learn and practice vocational skills to prepare themselves return to society after serving time.
